Kueh Haven Print

This illustration features all our famous local traditional kuehs:

1. Rainbow Kueh lapis: Made from tapioca flour, rice flour and coconut milk. We love to peel them layer by layer, savoring one layer at a time!
2. Kueh Salat: Bright green top layer made from coconut and pandan custard, and a bottom layer of glutinous rice. My personal favorite!
3. Ang Ku Kueh: Bright red cover made from soft, glutinous rice with a sweet filling which is typically mung bean paste
4. Png Kueh: Pink cover with glutinous rice filling mixed with mushroom and dried shrimp flavour. I love mine with dark soy sauce!
